I grew up in a community where education was a luxury many couldn’t afford. My parents struggled to make ends meet, and I feared my dream of becoming a teacher would never come true. Then, the Phillip Ademola Oyetayo Memorial Foundation stepped into my life. Through their scholarship program, I was able to attend school and focus on my studies without the burden of financial stress. The mentorship I received was equally invaluable, guiding me through challenges and helping me build confidence in my abilities. Today, I am proud to say that I am a teacher, inspiring the next generation just as this foundation inspired me. I am forever grateful for the opportunity they gave me and the belief they had in my potential.

My village had always struggled with access to healthcare. We had no nearby clinics, and many of us suffered from preventable illnesses. When the Phillip Ademola Oyetayo Memorial Foundation organized a health outreach in our community, it was the first time many of us received proper medical attention. I was diagnosed with hypertension, something I wouldn’t have known without their help, and I’ve been able to manage it thanks to their ongoing support.
